CTRL + ALT + PROMOTE is back for its second edition.

After bringing the games marketing community together for the first time in 2025, we’re returning to Poznań for two more days dedicated to one of the biggest challenges in the games industry: getting great games noticed.

Making a great game is only part of the challenge. Getting people to discover it, talk about it, wishlist it, buy it, and keep playing has become a discipline of its own.

CTRL + ALT + PROMOTE – Games Marketing Summit brings together developers, publishers, marketers, PR professionals, community managers, content creators, and business development experts to share what actually works – and what doesn’t – in today’s games industry.

The summit focuses on practical knowledge and real experience. Expect case studies with actual results, honest post-mortems, panels tackling the industry’s biggest challenges, and workshops designed around problems teams face every day.

From building momentum before Steam launch and turning short-form content into wishlists, to working with creators, growing communities, securing media coverage, positioning a game, and finding the right publishing partners – the goal is simple: to give attendees ideas and strategies they can take back to their own projects and use.

The program is developed together with our Advisory Board, made up of experienced professionals working across game marketing, PR, publishing, community, and business development. Their involvement helps us keep the agenda grounded in what is happening in the industry right now – not what worked five years ago.

Four tracks. One goal: helping great games find their audience.

  • Social Media & Community
How do you turn attention into an audience – and an audience into a community? This track explores platform strategies, community building, organic growth, social-first campaigns, and the changing ways players discover and engage with games.
  • PR & Marketing
From announcements and launch campaigns to media relations, positioning, events, and global communication strategies. Real campaigns, real numbers, real lessons – including the things that didn’t go according to plan.
  • Video & Content Marketing
Creators, influencers, streaming, trailers, TikTok, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and everything in between. How do you create content people actually want to watch – and turn that attention into measurable results for your game?
  • Publishing, Bizdev & Team Growth
How do you position a game in an overcrowded market? When does a studio need a publisher? How do you find the right partners, pitch your project, negotiate opportunities, and build a team capable of taking a game global?

Built for people who market games - and people who need to.

Whether you’re preparing your first Steam page, launching your tenth game, running an established publishing label, building a community from scratch, or trying to figure out why nobody is wishlisting your amazing game, CTRL + ALT + PROMOTE is a place to compare perspectives with people facing the same challenges.

No marketing buzzwords for the sake of marketing buzzwords. No pretending every campaign was a success.

Just useful conversations about how games get discovered, marketed, published, and sold in 2026.
