Enigma Cypher Center & Adolf Hitler’s Cabinet in the Castle

Experience the innovative multimedia exhibition telling a story of breaking the code of the German cipher machine Enigma by Polish cryptologists who broke the secret.

Witness the story of ciphers who changed the course of World War II, feel the espionage games and international technological change. The Enigma Cipher Centre not only pays tribute to outstanding Polish cryptologists but also presents the history of encoding messages over the centuries and the development of computers and computer science, which resulted from the work on deciphering enemy messages during the Second World War. 

The tour also includes visiting Adolf Hitler’s cabinet, which was originally located in the nearby castle. From many buildings and hideouts prepared for Hitler throughout Europe, it is the only remaining and intact cabinet. 

The final cherry on top will be visiting the world’s third most significant Mason Library collection exhibitions. The collection is not part of any public exhibition and will be shown for our VIP tour only. The books were originally gathered by Heinrich Himmler during WW2 but the Germans did not manage to flee with them when the war ended. 

 

MRU fortifications sightseeing

Engage in a thrilling adventure and explore pre-WW2 fortifications of the area known as the Odrzańskie Quadrangle. These are one of the biggest and best preserved WW2 fortifications globally, the bunkers are in an almost untouched state. Nearly 35 kilometers of tunnels built in the 1930s as part of the Nazi German defensive structures are waiting, along with the exhibition of military equipment from that period. Did we mention the bats?

Works on the fortifications began in the late 20s of the 20th century and were intensified via the efforts of Adolf Hitler. Germans wanted them to work as a final line of defense in case the opposing forces attacked from the east. 

Kórnik Castle and Rogalin Palace

Kórnik Castle: Experience an exclusive tour of this neo-Gothic castle, home to a prestigious collection of Polish and Eastern military artifacts, elegant period furniture, and masterpieces by renowned Polish and European artists.

Kórnik Arboretum: Walk through the majestic 18th-century dendrological park surrounding the castle, where you’ll be guided through a stunning variety of ancient trees and rare species in a serene, exclusive setting.

Rogalin Palace: Enjoy a private tour of the magnificent baroque palace, featuring an exceptional art gallery with masterpieces by celebrated artists such as Jan Matejko, Jacek Malczewski, Juliusz Kossak, and Stanisław Wyspiański. The tour culminates with a visit to the famous ancient oaks, Lech, Czech, and Rus, providing a symbolic and memorable finale to your VIP experience.

Gaming Music Concert

Experience the astonishing multimedia and music show. The CoOperate Orchestra & Choir symphony orchestra, conducted by the irreplaceable Adam Domurat, and soloists will perform on stage. The performers will delight their audience with wonderful arrangements of legendary soundtracks from games such as The Witcher, Battlefield, Assassin’s Creed, World of Warcraft, League of Legends, Gothic 3, God of War, Crysis, and many others. The musical performance is accompanied by astonishing lighting and epic pictures projected on a huge screen.
