MONTAŻ/DEMONTAŻ
Montaż:
Montować można w:
- czwartek (06.10.2022) od godz. 8:00
- w piątek (07.10.2022) od 8:00 do ok. 12:00
Wejściówka z naszego systemu biletowego powinna umożliwić wejście. W razie problemów, użyć hasła:
“wystawca, montaż, Game Industry Conference, pawilon PCC”.
W ostateczności dzwonić do Agi lub Martyny.
Konferencja:
Stoisko musi być czynne w godzinach:
- Piątek, 07.10 godz. 13:00 – 18:00
- Sobota, 08.10 godz. 11:00 – 20:00
- Niedziela, 09.10 godz. 11:00 – 16:00
Demontaż:
Demontować można od 16:00 w niedzielę do poniedziałku do godz. 12:00.
STOISKO
Wystawcy, którzy sami przywożą elementy zabudowy swojego stoiska, proszeni są o zgłoszenie tego faktu do Działu Technicznego pawilonu:

Informacje, jakie należy podać w zgłoszeniu:
– nazwa firmy Wystawcy;
– powierzchnia wystawiennicza;
– zdjęcia elementów, jakie budujecie na stoisku: rollup, ścianka, inna zabudowa wraz z opisem, z czego będzie zrobione i jakie ma wymiary;
– projekt stoiska/ścianki, jeśli taki posiadacie.
LOGISTYKA
Wszelkie dostawy co do ilości i daty należy uprzednio skonsultować z aga@gic.gd
Dostawy na stoiska na poziom 0 w PCC:
Wjazd bramą nr 10 z ulicy Głogowskiej i dostawy bezpośrednio z rampy (poziom 1 i 2 windami Towarowymi ). Celujemy w dostawy 5/6.10.2022
Jeśli to magazyn Pawilonu, to dokładnie ten sam wjazd (windą na poziom -1)

IDENTYFIKATORY
Będzie możliwy w czwartek popołudniu oraz od piątku rano, na miejscu konferencji.
Wcześniej na Wasze maile podane w wypełnionym wcześniej Attendee List – wpłyną maile z kodami biletowymi i instrukcją dalszych kroków. Po zarejestrowaniu biletu w apce GRIP/PGA & GIC App i za okazaniem kodu kreskowego w telefonie, będzie można otrzymać identyfikator.
MAGAZYN
GEEK CAREERS
Jako że od lat współpracujemy z platformą Skillshot.pl, także i w tym roku ogłoszenia na tej platformie, które pojawiają się w Geek Careers, będą oznaczone odpowiednim logo z info.
Prosimy, aby wszystkie rekrutujące firmy dodały swoje ogłoszenia ze Skillshota do podstrony GIC według poniższej instrukcji:
Przy publikowaniu ogłoszenia na dole znadjuje się taki checkbox:
Zaznaczając go, firma potwierdza, że będzie obecna w strefie rekrutacji na GIC oraz zaprasza chętnych do spotkania i rozmowy. Każde takie ogłoszenie będzie potem oznaczone specjalną etykietą GIC2022, żeby łatwo je było wyłapać.
GIC będzie miał osobną podstronę i bannerek na skillshocie.

ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY
Stand set-up
The set-up is available starting:
- Thursday, 06 Oct 2022, at 8:00 AM
- Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
The entrance pass generated by our ticketing system should allow you to enter the Expo. Should you encounter any problems, the keywords: “exhibitor, stand set-up, Game Industry Conference, PCC hall” should help. If necessary, call Aga or Martyna.
The conference
Your stand must operate on:
- Friday, 07 Oct: 1:00PM – 6:00PM
- Saturday, 08 Oct: 11:00AM – 8:00PM
- Sunday, 09 Oct: 11:00AM – 4:00PM
Stand dismantling
You can start dismantling your stand starting Sunday, 09 Oct 4:00 PM until Monday, 10 Oct 12:00PM.
STAND
Exhibitors arriving with their own stand are required to submit the stand’s technical information to the Tech Department of PCC hall:

Information to include in the submission:
- Exhibitor’s name,
- Stand’s area in square meters,
- Pictures of stand’s build elements: roll-up, wall, other elements with included information of materials and dimensions,
- stand’s/wall’s project, if applicable.
LOGISTICS
Each delivery must be consulted with aga@gic.gd regarding the date and number of items/packages.
Deliveries to exhibitor’s area on level 0 of PCC: Entrance through Gate 10 (Głogowska street).
Plan your deliveries on 5-6 Oct 2022.

BADGES
Available at the conference building on Thursday afternoon or starting Friday morning throughout the entirety of the conference.
Before the conference, you will receive an e-mail with a code allowing you to enter the MTP Expo along with further instructions regarding picking up your ID badge. The code will be sent to the address submitted with your stand’s Attendee List. Once you register in PGA & GIC App by GRIP, you will be able to access your code which later will allow you to pick up your badge.

We are once again partnering with Skillshot.pl recruiting platform. Exhibitors with open job positions will be tagged as taking part in GIC 2022 Geek Careers.
We ask companies who will be recruiting during the conference to add their job positions according to the instructions below:
When submitting your job positions, check this box:
By checking the box, you confirm that you will be taking part in the GIC Career Zone and invite applicants to meet and interview. Each job position will receive the label GIC2022, for better visibility.
GIC will receive its own page and a promo banner on Skillshot.
GIC APP
Our new conference GIC App introduces an avangarde solution! Recruiting HR representatives from companies participating in Geek Careers can get a “Recruiter” role in our app. This role can see all attendees and invite them to job interviews.
