This is happening in Poznań!

ABOUT GIC

The Game Industry Conference (GIC) is the largest and most important conference for game developers in Europe, while also bringing together professionals from across other technology sectors. It is organized alongside the Poznań Game Arena (PGA), creating a unique space that connects both industry professionals and gaming enthusiasts.

THE BIGGEST GAMEDEV CAREERS EXPO IN EUROPE

Geek Careers Zone has been a vital part of the conference since 2016. Attracting over 24 recruiting companies both in 2022 and 2023, it’s a top hiring spot for both Polish and international candidates and companies.

In this year’s edition, one of the new exhibitors joining us is AMD – a company that recently signed a strategic partnership with OpenAI and will be conducting on-site recruitment during the conference.

TEACHING EVENT WITH ADVANCED TALKS

At the GIC we believe in the learning value of talks. Speaker candidates have to go through an advanced and rigorous submission and review system, while our Advisory Board is working hard to verify the potential value of every talk.

Game Industry Conference 2025

Today, GIC is much more than just a conference for game developers. It’s an international platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and networking across the entire technology sector!

At GIC 2025, not only game developers but also representatives of leading tech companies, universities, and startups from across Europe will come together. The AI Beyond Gaming Summit will explore how artificial intelligence shapes culture, creativity, and the future of work. Featuring speakers such as Jacek Dukaj, Prof. Włodzisław Duch, and experts from ElevenLabs, AMD and Leonardo AI.

Attendees will also have the chance to join the GameDev Investment Forum, Marketing Summit, and Legal Summit, bridging the worlds of business, law, and technology.

Though GIC keeps evolving and embracing new tech sectors, gamedev remains at its core:

UMWW (Urząd Marszałkowski Województwa Wielkopolskiego) once again serves as the General Partner of the conference for the second year in a row!

It’s happening just around the corner!

GIC is an event with a legacy. Built continuously for over a decade, bringing together thousands of professionals from around the world while significantly contributing to the growth of the local economy. Discover the history of previous editions.
